    • DMV-issued temporary paper license (a form of photo ID is still required for verification)

    All IDs must have: a clear photo, birth date and expiration date.

    No photocopies of IDs will be accepted, even if they are scannable.

    • We accept cash and have ATMs in our showroom.

    • We currently offer cashless ATM for debit cards at our registers with a PIN number.

    • Credit Cards are not accepted.

    • CAD is not accepted.

  • Yes. All of Herbmont’s in-store and online prices include tax.

  • Yes! We welcome all leashed and well-behaved companions.

  • Street Parking

    You can use the ample metered street parking surrounding the store on the corner of Bank and Center. Parking uses debit/credit cards or the Parkmobile App for payment.

    Parking is free on Sunday.

    Handicap parking is free at all on-street meters with proper placard or plate.

    “In a single transaction, a retailer may provide one (1) ounce of cannabis or the equivalent in cannabis products, or a combination thereof, to a person 21 years of age or older upon verification of a valid government-issued photograph identification card.”

  • Yes! You can make your order in our online store ahead of time and pick it up in our brick-and-mortar store at the “To Go” counter.

  • No. Anyone who enters our store must have a valid ID proving they are 21 years or over regardless if they buy anything or look over 21.

  • No. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in any part of the store under any circumstance.

  • Herbmont is a recreational dispensary and we do not require a medical cannabis card to enter the store.

    We hope to be licensed to serve medical patients later this year (2026).
